DjKnuX

DjKnuX is a DJ and event organizer from Germany.

He started DJing in 2008 and since 2010 he focuses on all kinds of Japanese music including Anison and various types of electronic music. Since 2011 he is a resident DJ of the DoKomi Anime/J-Culture convention before becoming a head organizer of this event in 2014, hosting the event for over 15 years. The DoKomi J-Rave is one of the biggest “convention raves” all over Europe, reaching over 4000 visitors in previous years.

Besides the J-Rave he also performed at various other events in Germany, the Netherlands and even Japan. This includes sets at Anisphere and Bootleg Shrine, two events held at the legendary Club MOGRA in Akihabara.

Since its founding in 2019 by DJ BrainShit, DjKnuX also regularly performs at Pon de Beats which is an Anikura event series taking place multiple times a year around Germany and the Netherlands, officially becoming a resident DJ of the event in 2022.

His passion for Anison and J-Pop remixes drives his sets forward and any BPM is fair game for him. House, Electro, Garage, Drum & Bass or even Happy Hardcore? Look forward to what he’ll play next time!
